COMPANY HISTORY

Over 30 years of top-notch services

The company's history dates back to 1990, when it was founded by three information technology enthusiasts. A significant milestone in the company's history was reached in 2004, when a strategic partnership was concluded with a major Polish IT company. Both companies thus laid the foundations of the international Asseco Group, which currently operates in five continents.

1990

Establishment of the company

Three information technology enthusiasts start an IT company in the carriage house of an apartment building. Today we would call them Startup.

2004

Founding of the Asseco Group

A strategic partnership with a Polish company becomes the foundation of the highly successful Asseco Group, which today operates in five continents.

2005

Expansion of the group

Since 2005, the Group has been expanding through acquisitions, first in Europe and since 2010 beyond.

2023

A separate Asseco CE Cloud is established

Separation of BU Infrastructure creates a separate company focused on infrastructure solutions and advanced IT services.
